JetBlue publishes no maximum linear size for a bike; the Vault Pro is 102 in (length + width + height). Excess-weight fees start above 50 lb and the bag is refused over 100 lb. Packed with a 17 lb bike the Vault Pro is about 48 lb, inside the fee-free weight; gear packed around the bike adds to that. No bike surcharge — it counts as one checked bag. Airlines change these rules, sometimes without notice, and fares and routes can carry their own. Check JetBlue’s page before you book and again before you fly.
