These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vault Sports Box website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Use of Website You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and not to misuse or attempt to interfere with the website's operation.

Products and Orders All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Delivery Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules or carrier delays. Vault Sports Box is not responsible for delays once products have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds In the event of any damage upon delivery, all issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

We accept returns of unused merchandise within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in new condition
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • The item was not marked as "final sale," "as is," or "made-to-order" at the time of purchase
  • The item is free of any custom stickers, decals, or other modifications

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized items
  • Used bike boxes
  • Products not in original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vaultsportsbox.com with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, we will provide return instructions and authorization.

SMS Terms & Conditions

1. SMS Consent Communication The information (including phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Types of SMS Communications If you have consented to receive text messages from Vault Sports Box, you may receive messages related to the following: Order updates, Shipping notifications, Promotions, Cart reminders, etc..

3. Message Frequency Our SMS message frequency is estimated to be 2 text messages per day across all users. Message frequency may vary.

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
