Returns and Refunds
In the event of any damage upon delivery, all issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
We accept returns of unused merchandise within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is in new condition
- Proof of purchase is provided
- The item was not marked as “final sale,” “as is,” or “made-to-order” at the time of purchase
- The item is free of any custom stickers, decals, or other modifications
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized items
- Used bike boxes
- Products not in original condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vaultsportsbox.com with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, we will provide return instructions and authorization.
