Does a Vault Pro fit?

Southwest allows up to 115 linear inches; the Vault Pro is 102 in, so it is within the size limit. Excess-weight fees start above 50 lb and the bag is refused over 100 lb. Packed with a 17 lb bike the Vault Pro is about 48 lb, inside the fee-free weight; gear packed around the bike adds to that. Standard checked-bag fees; oversize waived, overweight still applies.
