Ally Noel is a USA Triathlon Level 1 coach and the founder of LocusTri Coaching in Durham, North Carolina, which offers beginner-friendly triathlon coaching. She is on a mission to get more women into the sport, and her coaching treats triathlon as something that should add to life rather than take it over.

She came to triathlon from the pool: she played Division I water polo in college. She spent more than ten years as a data analyst and is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor, and she brings smart training, movement quality and recovery into her coaching.

As an athlete she has finished two IRONMAN races and ten IRONMAN 70.3s, the tenth at IRONMAN 70.3 North Carolina in October 2026.
