A national team of elite and age-group triathletes, founded and coached by Dave Connor, and back-to-back national mixed team relay duathlon champions.
About
Dave Connor founded RogueTri in 2016 to develop endurance athletes through data-driven coaching. It is now a national team of elite and age-group athletes, with Elite Women and Elite Men squads, and it welcomes athletes of every level.
Its athletes won the 2025 USA Triathlon Mixed Team Relay Duathlon national title in Omaha and defended it in Michigan. Michelle Christine, one of our ambassadors, races for the RogueTri Elite team.
